Some of you may have lost your wallet while on vacation and you don’thave any money, or you had to give money to a child’s mother i.e. childsupport payments or alimony. It’s giving someone blew a check under thenotion ‘I’ll get paid when I come back from out of town’ and then there’s alarge lump sum withdrawn from their check or bank account and they don’thave what they thought they’d have. You may be reliant upon a mother figure, another child’s mother, orgirlfriend/wife to help you out financially. It may be colder than usual, especially if you live in a warmer climate that doesn’t have thetypical winter cold or snow. It may even snow or hail if you live in Miami or you’ll experience acold front, and you are not prepared at all. If you’re somewhere that does experience winter weather seasonally, your pipes may freeze orthere may be a winter storm that you’re not prepared for, like it just snows and snows for daysso make sure you’re prepared and have an emergency kit with non-perishable items. As a rule ofthumb, allow a slow drip to come from your faucets to keep your pipes from busting or freezing. “IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM, YO I’LL SOLVE IT”The Juice NewsYou may be returning home from vacation, and you’re not prepared for the storm and in someinstances, you may have spent a lot of money to go on this trip and you didn’t pay your bills, and your utilities may be off when you return home and therefore it’s cold. I’m also gettingbusiness closures and school closures due to the weather or winter break. This could also be a metaphor for a storm or moment of complete stillness in someone’s life.DECEMBER 15, 2024WWW.THEJUICENEWS.COMVOL. 12ISSUE III
The Juice NewsFor some of you, you may have been two timing someone and went to Miami to seesomeone else on a sneaky link and you thought your spouse, or another loveinterest didn’t know about it. You may have assumed this person to be naive andgullible and that ‘they’ll believe anything I say’ and when you return from thistrip, they’ve changed the locks and rehomed you back to the streets. You may betaken aback to see them act in a harsh and cold manner. If this was a business relationship and you or someone else is under the impressionthat they’re soaring off into victory with someone else’s money, ideas, energy orcreations you’ll be blocked. I was getting a reference to another reading I did, “Bookof Grudges” back in June 2024, so You may get robbed by this woman you’re onvacation with or she robbed someone else in the past. Metaphorically speaking, youmay feel robbed of some success or victory you were hoping to achieve. They mayperceive some sort of loss as a smudge on their reputation or legacy. This person may have seduced you with sex and a sexual rendezvous to create anending or transformation in someone else’s life whom she viewed as a competitor. Shemay have gone as far as to intentionally infect someone with a virus or disease. Shemay also be putting spell work on someone to impact their health or the stress ofall of this has impacted someone’s health. This could also be a spirit or cursewhereas someone is stuck having to pay for sex with prostitutes which then leads tohaving to pay for std tests, medications, abortions etc. and it’s depleting theirfinances. they may feel like they’ll never find a loving partner because they aren’tin the energy to attract one and/or their dating pool is limited due to their healthstatus. You also may have impregnated this person you were with in Miami or someone else thatyou’ve been sexually involved with. This may have created financial ties between youand them or you have some other obligation to care for them financially. You also may have contracted an STI from someone or this sneaky link person youhooked up with in Miami. The person(s) who you slept with may be highly attractive, butthey had something and that might be another form of a burden bringing things to ahalt for you, if isn’t an actual child/pregnancy. Mary Bowser (Richards) was a freed slave who worked as a Union spy withinthe Elizabeth Van Lew Spy Ring during the Civil War (1861-1865. There areclaims that she infiltrated the Confederate White House under the guise of aslave but there is nothing to support this. As a young girl, she was held inservitude by the Van Lew family of Richmond; Elizabeth Van Lew, who arrangedfor her education in the North and granted her informal freedom before thewar. After the war, she worked as an educator at schools for freedmeninitially in Virginia and subsequently in Florida and Georgia. Bowser delivereda series of lectures in New York regarding her espionage activities during theWar. She is last recorded in history in 1867, when she penned a letter outliningher intentions to join her new husband “in the West Indies.” It remains unknownif she ever did. Despite Bowser’s achievements, many assertions about her, including those found in supposedly factual accounts, are either false or lackverification. Her life story highlights the difficulties historians face inrevealing the narratives of individuals whose race, class, and genderrestricted how their lives were recorded. Nevertheless, her tale is anextraordinary testament to courage and resourcefulness during a turbulentperiod in American history.Keepin’ Up with Mary Bowser“Addresses by a Colored Lady and Henry WardBeecher”Brooklyn Daily Eagle, 9.25.1865“Mary Jane Richards” 1867

I think we’re all pretty familiar with the story of Vanilla Ice; white rapping, pretty boy, chiseled jaw line, perfect hair, somewhat decent dancer, but he basically got outed for not fully committing to being a fraud, weird right. He quicklygarnered fame and crossover success with his rappin hit, “Ice, Ice, baby”, which was unsettling for lovers of the hip-hopgenre especially during a time when groups like NWA and Public Enemy were speaking out against the injustices forblack Americans, police brutality and white supremacy, and curating a sound of empowerment and self-sufficiency. Asong like “Ice, Ice Baby” was sure to wash out all that who-shot-John, and get the masses excited again, forgetting theblack voices and experiences from which it derived from.EDITOR’S NOTES1 2 . 1 5 . 2 4When you apply pressure to ice it will melt, and when youapply that same amount of pressure, the liquid willsolidify again in a process called regulation.take heed, take heed, cause i’m a lyrical poet!cause i’m a lyrical poet!At the peak of his success, and according to him, his formerlabel published false narratives about his upbringing andfamily, including claims that he had attended school withLuther Campbell, and exaggerating his living conditions inMiami and trying to paint him as a poverty-stricken hustlerwho had to get it out the streets, which Ice later had todebunk by himself. He now claims he grew up somewhere inTexas and was enmeshed into the Dallas night club scene andwas influenced by hip hop culture. I don’t have time to siftthrough his lies, just roll wit it.Now he could’ve stayed silent and doubled down and rodethe wave of his success, and fully claimed his gangster popimage or coming up as some ghetto kid but he didn’t andit created this illusion as to whether or not he waspretending and trying to smooth over his lies now that hewas exposed and I’m sure that contributed to his popstardom decline.“Ice Ice Baby” was a typical hip-hop song at the time, a nightout on the town with friends, trouble ensues, and they have tobreak the scene, nothing too crazy or too street to me but“gangster” rap has evolved. On top of that, Queen hadthreatened to sue him for copyright infringement, which theyeventually settled out of court. 1 2 . 1 5 . 2 4As the saying goes, we must learn from history otherwise it will repeatitself. Now if I'm a record executive, I could use this same formula exceptthis time, one band one sound in this bitch. If you do as we say, say whatwe want you to say, we’ll handle the PR bullshit and everything else andyou will be the biggest white rapper the world has ever seen. You canapply this theory across the board nowadays, it doesn’t matter whatrace you are. With the help of social media and according to Meek Mill,“the goal is start false narrative to create a matrix web, if you cancontrol the storyline, you can control the matrix, it’s calledprogramming”. I just love his spontaneity and outspokenness, you’resupposed to ride for ya guys, that’s the bro code. I say people will saywhatever you pay them to say AND do whatever you pay them to do!Obviously, that didn't go over too well and Vanilla began tolook like a smuck and pathological liar. The White AmericanGangster Rappin’ Popstar project was a failure, and youcan say Vanilla never really bounced back musically as arespectable artist in a sense nor as an honest person. Theproblem is in the VH1 episode of One Hit Wonders he saidit was different by an eighth of a beat; Vanilla Ice reallywas convinced that he didn’t steal their riff -I’ll never forgethearing him say that when I watched the show back in theday.Someone may be getting sued and they’re lying to their attorney about their dirty deeds. They also may have stolensomeone’s property or you’re trying to see if there’s a case to sue someone else probably for defamation of character, butthey need an origin story on how they came across them without incriminating themselves. It could also be that they’rejust a pathological liar and trying to cope with all the excessive lies that they’ve told over the years just to get attentionand fame and now they’re using escapism by way of drugs, sex, and alcohol to cope.Whatever origin story you’re wanting to PR has too manydiscrepancies in it, and it doesn’t make any sense, whetheryou’re lying to people or planning to sue someone fordefamation of character because you’re hard up for cash oryou’re trying to avoid paying them money owed to them.with proper planning and execution, anything is possible! We didn’t want it then and we shouldn’t want it now, we can thank Suge for thatblack history lesson; but it’s ultimately up to you. Welcome to your first day at The Juice News where we appreciate storytelling, oratory, and improv; however, The Juice Newsmaintains its integrity through its accurate reporting and honest analysis of the facts and energy from our sources aka our“readers”. We operate on the following principles, they’re pretty self-explanatory, but I use songs to remember them:Integrity: ““Even in fu%#*& crisis, I’m never on some switching sides sh*%”Courage: “You’re supposed to put your pride aside and ride for me”Accuracy: “Through the pen I make my ends now”Honesty: “If you arrive and don’t see me, I”m gonna be with my baby”Leadership: “Real niggas fuck with me, and I don’t give AF who don’t”Accountability: “Don’t’ throw rocks and hide your hand”Forgiveness: “You can do it, put your back into it”and my personal favorite, Humor: “We all live in a yellow submarine”We step on toes, foes, and necks; if they engage in any disrespect or continuously disobey the rules. If you want to know whatI as the Editor-in-Chief looks for in a quality employee please refer to Chief Keef’s, “I Don’t Like”, it is a solid representation ofthe core values and the only mission of The Juice News as well as the National Anthem in Owl City. Our motto is still, “Playingboth sides shit that I don’t like, wartime spark broad day, all night”. And our Nation’s bird is still the Phoenix, regardless ofwhat you might’ve heard. I have a few names I go by, Miss Puddin, Big Ruth, Master of Ceremonies, but just call me Amber. We spare no feelings or “favs”; just servin the juice.1 2 . 1 5 . 2 4If you’re going to be a professional liar, you must first ownyour truth. Fortunately, I don’t get paid to lie and thereforeif you can’t take the heat, you best stay out of my kitchen.Between you and me, any white man that doesn’t know “Ice,Ice, Baby” or like the song, is an opp and trying too hard toprove that he is “down”.Pride always goeth before a fall; be proud of who you areand where you come from and the people who planted thoseseeds of growth and wisdom in you. Even if they hurt you, they contributed to who you are, for better and for worse. Before my suburban life, and by suburbs, I mean blacksuburb, think Atlanta, and parts of Texas-not Beverly Hills,we were poor. My mother was a single mother, with threekids, living on section 8 and everything else; however, sheshowed us through hard work and determination you canuplift yourself and change your circumstances. Before livingwith my mother, I lived with my paternal grandparents inSTL, so one can infer that my mother could not take care ofall of us; she was not a drug addict or anything crazystereotypical. The “story” goes that my birth father, who was in the militaryat this time, along with his military buddy, drove me down tohis mother at 6 months and left, went right back to hismilitary duties. About 4 or 5 years later, my mother decidesto come get me and my grandmother didn’t resist or ask anyquestions; hadn’t really known my mother from a can ofpaint technically, but she let me go. Naturally, my oldest brother and sister would tease meand say I was adopted because that’s how it would appearto any kid and the fact, I didn’t share the same last nameas the three of them. I probably was adopted but they’re cool people so I don’tmake a big deal about it. So, whatever your “origin” storyis, make it make sense, and that it’s bulletproof. There’s noneed to lie, over exaggerate or victimize yourself, it doesn’thave to be dramatic, emotionally charged and filled withtragedies, just make sure you know it and the people mostimportant to you know it. A +B +C= DOC, What’s thatDre? We’re not ruthless, we’re organized and that’s why lastweek’s message reminded me of my birth mom and birthfather’s relationship. They say they met at UAPB, both inthe military, my mother reserves, and my father activeduty; despite his level of brilliance and intellect he wantedto work in infantry. And it will certainly keep the doctor away.In Da Clerb, We All Fam!In Da Clerb, We All Fam!
1 2 . 1 5 . 2 4My mom always says when she was pregnant with me, she’dhave my father bring her a blizzard every day from DQ andthroughout my childhood when he would call and check onme, he would always sing that “Ms. Jackson” song by Outkastto her on the phone. Despite the lyrics of the song, they hada cool relationship actually, no baby momma, baby daddydrama. My birth father eventually disappeared into himself, and over the course of two decades became an alcoholicand eventually succumbed to complications from hisaddiction, double stroke. The album Stankonia had the song“Ms. Jackson” on it and that album was featured in myAugust 25th Editor’s Note for “Burden of Proof” where Imentioned the musically super group Dungeon Family andcompared it to a secret military operatives' group of blackops; one of my crazy theories. I also referenced the movieDrumline and the famous Battle of the Bands and howMorris-Brown College tried to use Devin to help plan theirdefense against his former band mates, after he was kickedoff the team. You’ll learn I have a lot of theories and movie, and music, sci-fi, superhero rhetoric, references, it keeps meyoung and busy. While at UAPB, my birth mom says she was supposed to goserve in the Gulf War but found out she was pregnant withme. However, the Gulf War started in August 1990, and Iwas born in November, you’d think after two kids shewould've known well in advance-that and soldiers usuallydon’t deploy on Army Reserve, but I don’t say anythingabout it.But then I got to thinking, there’s this illusion that there’ssome climbing up in rank that I’m doing when some of ourloyal readers know that’s not true. I have a particular skillset,it’s actually a hereditary gift only passed through blood, there was no mystery spider bite, or freak lab accident-they’ve been playing Tweedledee and I’ve been playingTwiddle dumb over who has the proverbial “power”- exceptI’m not one for power struggles, mind games and trickery.Corrupted plots, schemes and conspiring against people onlyblocks your energy and I have a very busy year next year!See my biological father was actually a Colonel in the USArmy and he was hauled off to fight in the war. He retiredfrom the military and started working for the CIA where hecreated “The Blacklist”. Being an infantry Colonel he was wellaware of military strategy and saw the 444 Day Crisis inTehran as a strategic tactic to “preserve the colony” anunsuspected loophole. Oftentimes, blacks are seen as aninferior race of lesser intelligence, there are research studieswhere scientists intentionally tried to use science to explainhow Blacks were less intelligent and therefore that meantthey were inferior-it provided a scientific justification for The Blacklist is just what it sounds like; however, there aresome wise guys and gals who thought that I would be sobeguiled by this “opportunity” that I would be happy to assistthem in building an infantry, another “special type ofoperatives”. That they planned and plotted to use a non-colored person to infiltrate the squad and overtime, theywould eventually rise the ranks and become the proverbialline leader, turning “The Black Album” into a “A WhiteAlbum”. He would then get the credit for spearheading thisgroup of black operatives and history rewrites itself, “TheWhite Savior helping the disadvantaged, disenfranchisedand misguided negros reach their greatest potential, again-they couldn’t do it without him”. Let’s be clear, my biological father, the Colonel, was white. My birth father is black, dark skinned, everyone on that sideof my family is rather dark in complexion. This is importantas we know slaves took their owners’ last name which is arunning joke in my family. But if you want to stop makingeverything about race, we have to STOP intentionallymanipulating the facts because we’re mad or upset aboutthe color of someone’s skin.At the fine age of 80 my grandmother, Bud is what they callher, still tells me the story of how I came to her as if I’mgoing to be the one who forgets. My whole family usuallychimes in and retells their first encounter with me, as if I wasan alien or a foreign object left on their door. It’s soannoying, I just smile and go along with it. My Granny isdedicated to whatever oath she took. My birth father’s lastname is Wofford, he is the eldest of the two children mygrandparents had together, but his sister (my aunt) spellsher last name Wafford just like their father. He and his 8other siblings spell it Wafford (except the one that’s lightskinned). If my grandmother can tell me the same storyverbatim for 34 years, I think she can remember how to spellher husband at the time, as well as her own last name. Thatand my Papa is pretty headstrong, that’s his only biologicalson, and he would’ve made sure it was changed. My great-aunt is the family historian and has workedtirelessly on ensuring our family legacy stays intact andaccurate; she had a book created detailing our familialancestry, but regardless of whenever we gather the questionstill remains, “are you an A or an O”? My great-grandparents are both O’s, the Wofford name comes fromhis side of the family, he was high yellow (at least on the -slavery and other racially motivated laws and decisionsthey were making at the time.
1 2 . 1 5 . 2 4Spartan women did not go into battle and were not trained inmilitary combat but were allowed to play sports at the time.Spartan women were known for their beauty and unlikeAthenian women, who wore heavy, concealing clothes andwere rarely seen outside the house, Spartan women woredresses (peplos) slit up the side to allow freer movement, andmoved freely about the city, either walking or driving chariots.Until the age of 30, Spartan men did not live with their wivesor families, they lived in barracks and had to sneak off forsome Mr. NastyTyme. Their priority was always to the city ofSparta (Lacedaemon). The word “Spartan” means showing theindifference to comfort or luxury traditionally associated withancient Sparta. The Wofford surname comes from the city of Spartanburg,SC, home of Wofford College founded in 1854 by BenjaminWofford, a Methodist minister, clergyman, and yes, a slaveowner. He left a $10, 000 endowment towards building thecollege and voila! My birth father’s family had a familyreunion on campus about three years ago; I didn’t go-forobvious reasons. The city of Spartanburg got its name fromthe Spartan Regiment, named after a local militia in the area. And as we all know, Spartan refers to the Grecian militaryknown for their rigorous combat skills as well as being theleading force of the unified Greek military during the Greco-Persian Wars. Spartan culture was centered around loyalty tothe state and military service. At the age of 7, Spartan boyswere sent through a training known as Agoge which focusedon discipline, duty, and endurance. A “regiment” is a military unit consisting usually of anumber of battalions. The Spartan Regiment fought duringthe American Revolution, a crucial period in time where theUnited States fought for their freedom from the BritishMonarch and won, obviously.I always ask my birth mom why she doesn’t have anypictures of me as a baby during those first six months, nopregnancy photos, nothing and she always say, “theyburned in a fire”; BULLETPROOF! Whatever sacrifice my birth father made, he ensured that hisonly son, my youngest brother, would be included. Myyounger brother's mother is biracial, and he has a naturalproclivity for white women. Both of my brothers do, and I likeboth of those women, they’ve grown on me in a CrackerBarrel kind of way. Neverthelesss...IT’S TIME FOR A REAL NIGGAIT’S TIME FOR A REAL NIGGAIT’S TIME FOR A REAL NIGGAROLL CALLROLL CALLROLL CALLI already know my biological father passed away, butthere’s some running joke in one of our remote offices withsomeone always insinuating that my father was a pimpbecause he inseminated a black woman or had a liking toblack women in general. They think it was some fetish forthe Afro-Centric soul woman that stems fromBlaxploitation films. Perhaps he was just getting his freakon, slapping skins; but he was a strategist, so I believe itwas very intentional on who he chose to give his sperm andessentially his DNA too. Considering what we know, whenhe died there was no half-staff flag to honor him for hisservice, no big celebration or gathering at ArlingtonCemetery, nothing; so, there was no baby making topreserve his legacy. But through a concept known as eugenics, he could’veintentionally mated with an intelligent black woman, probably also employed by the CIA and there you have it,X-periment No. 24 in the flesh. My biological father knewthe importance of sacrifice as he was a patriot to hiscountry and committed to its longevity in his absence. Hislast name was indeed Wofford, but his nickname at workwas “Magnus”. He had the “gift”, she had the intellect; so,I’m like a hybrid baby. It technically was an experiment, because what the research actually showed was that blackwomen have a genetic marker for supreme intellect, theresults are deemed classified, and the truth wasmanipulated and then published for public consumption. Why would we tell the people we want to oppress and re-enslave that their actually smarter than us? one photograph we’ve seen of them) but married a dark-skinned woman, so I’m not sure why they separated theirchildren into A’s or O’s or why my father up and changed hisinto an O.I know when it comes to blood types that Os are a universaldonor meaning they can give to everyone but can’t receive ablood transfusion from any other blood type but their own, whereas a person with an A blood type can only give to otherA and AB blood types; while only receiving from A or O bloodtypes. That is one way to purify one’s bloodline or at leastpreserve their family’s name.
It appears to be an ongoing crime at The Juice News, it hasbecome a den of thieves, that JUST TAKE AND TAKE ANDTAKE whatever they want. The 1930s weremarked by immense hardship on the Great Plains, as settlers facednot only the Great Depression but also years of drought that led torelentless dust storms lasting days and even months. These storms, referred to as dirt storms, sandstorms, dusters, and "black blizzards,"gave rise to the term "The Dust Bowl." Due to the frequency of thesedust storms during the Great Depression, farmers could no longerprofit from their crops, resulting in the loss of their land and banks, with the government seizing their properties. Several factorscontributed to the Great Depression, including the stock market crashof 1929, the collapse of global trade caused by the Smoot-HawleyTariff, government policies, and the decline of the money supply.Black Sunday is also the name of a movie featuring a pilotwho operates a Goodyear Blimp over NFL games for atelevision network. He decides he wants to end his life whiletaking as many people as he can with him. He battles withthe trauma from years of suffering as a prisoner of warduring the Vietnam War, a broken marriage, and scrutinyfrom a court martial. He becomes infatuated with DahliaIyad, an operative from the Palestinian terroristorganization Black September (a real terrorist group) whomanipulates and controls him. Together, they plot a suicide attack using a bomb made of plastique and a quarter-million steel flechettes. Their planinvolves attaching the bomb to the underside of the Goodyear blimp, which typically flies over the Super Bowl footballgame, and detonating it over the Miami Orange Bowl during Super Bowl X, to draw attention to the struggles of thePalestinians and to retaliate against the United States for its support of Israel. Well, the Super Bowl is just around thecorner! Ironically, my daughters father had a mixtape titled “Last Flight to New Orleans”; he is no where near involvedbut the title, start there. You should be thanking Mack Daddy Magnus not slandering him. So, if you’re done with your seven laughs, get to work,we all know the Chiefs are going to the Super Bowl, even if they weren’t, on Sundays, WE all need to rest..

Itran on a software program called "Dave's own version of Citadel" (DOC). At its highest point, just before the World WideWeb became popular, ISCABBS had over a thousand users online at the same time and many more waiting in a virtual lineto log in when it was busy. ISCABBS was a popular spot for chatting, meeting up, and sometimes even acting like a bar, showing what modern chat rooms would become. Users discussed serious topics like social issues and politics, as well aslighter subjects. Instant messaging, known as eXpress Messages or Xes, allowed for private chats. Before the Web took off,ISCABBS was one of the biggest free bulletin board systems in the world and it is still one of the most active telnet-basedBBS today.and occasionally I do a pop up so don’t get caught slippingbut whenever in doubt just trust your intuition. Onthe Sabbath day, we rest and on Monday you will get your tasks, if any, forthe week; you can work on them at your leisure. My business hours are onlyon Monday from I have most certainly talked your ear off, but if you’re readingthis, and it made sense-you’ll do fine. I’ll be in my office if youneed anything. Before ISCABBS, Iowa students used a program called "Participate," or "Parti," developed by Unison, which was available onthe university's network. Some users moved from Parti to a bulletin board called BBS1, ran by Randy Frank (Mr. Nybble)and David Richards (The Oracle). They started BBS1 after seeing interest in their games and a secret messaging featurehidden in their "Draw Poker" game. They promoted BBS1 with flyers on campus, leading to a growing community thateven created a user group and sold T-shirts with the slogan "BBS1: A meeting of theminds."Later, an unauthorized version of the software called "STEALTH" was released, allowing users to access private messages and files, which compromised useranonymity. Alongside the BBS, there was a popular file-sharing system for freewareand shareware on the Simtel distribution network.
